Commission Steps of Dust Collecting Equipment
1.Turn on the power of all the equipments.
2.Check the direction of the fan and screw compressor.
3.Adjust the controller (suggest the pulse interval 6-8s, pulse width 150ms; please adjust according to the controller instruction.)
4.Check the pulse valve to make sure that whether it is working properly.

Booting procedure
1.Start the air compressor until the pressure of the air compressor up to 0.8MPA
2.Connect the power of the controller
3.Start the air compressor
4.Start the fan after the pulse valve blows for three minutes.

Shutdown procedure
1.Stop the fan
2.After the fan stopped, if there is no dust discharge from the screw conveyor, the screw conveyor can be stopped.
3.Stop the controller
4.Stop the air compressor
5.Cut down the total power
